I booked 5 days, i was given a room with a view of the neighbor window. Not nice. I requested to be transferred, Gave me a better room for the remaining 2 nights. Front desk person was nice, even if we communicated with limited English. I also accidentally left a paperbag at the lobby, but surprisingly i still got it back hours later. It felt secure. There is a very good public pool near the place.
